WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2017 by Julius A. Smith, RPT.

Restart Counseling provides various services for youth and families through mentoring, partnerships with other life enhancing organizations, and an entrepenurial program. Restart helps growing young men and women realize and obtain the skills and strength to overcome the obstacles they see standing in their way.  We help them grow into responsible youth to change their life.  Helping them find their place of healing by loving, supporting, correcting, listening  to them to walk through each stage of life. 

OUR MISSION

We place in the hands of youth the information they need to help them grow and understand themselves, their self-worth, and their strengths and weaknesses. We open their eyes to opportunities, choices, and decisions that will help them grow.

Youth grow in KNOWLEDGE to become adults. We strive for all children and young adults to gain UNDERSTANDING to place their life in BALANCE and to apply WISDOM to give in service.
